The emphasis of Cub Scouting is to have fun and learn at the same time. A Cub Scout gets satisfaction from meeting challenges, having friends, feels good about himself, and feeling he is important to other Cub Scouts learn new discover and master new skills, gain self- confidence, a develop strong friendships.

Scout learns the basics of the Scout method, a Promise, and of the Scout ways to method time groups with rituals, and Cultivating of the activities Primary camping, first aid, and sports.
